You can also view your order history, update your information, change your password and give your opinion about our service.
Get register now or access the link 'My eLexPersona' by clicking the tab at the top of the page and enter your email and password you used when completing your order.
eLexPersona.com always keeps you updated on the status of your case. We will send an email confirming the payment of your service, the legal process stage of your case and when the documents have been sent. You can also confirm the status and history of your case by accessing your account at 'My eLexPersona' with the email and password you created and enter to 'Case Status' and 'Order History'.
Complete Your Order
If you postponed or saved your data in the application form of the service you can return to the same to edit data, add new information and then complete your order. The information entered on the application form of service will remain saved in your account until you complete your order.
To access the form that you postponed, enter your email and password and log in again to the application form of the service you requested.
Payment Terms
All services of eLexPersona.com will always be billed in U.S. dollars either to persons residing in or outside the Dominican Republic.
When paying you will have the option of paying by credit card (Visa, Master Card and American Express), check, bank transfer or by telephone.
Sales Taxes
Those customers living within the Dominican Republic will be charged at the time of paying, of the national sales tax known as ITBIS (industrialized goods and services transfer tax) which is equivalent to the16% of the legal rate.
Shipping Information
Some of the services offered in eLexPersona.com require the delivery of documentation for the customer's signature or delivery thereof. The shipping cost is not included in the legal rate, the same will be reflected in the shopping cart of the country where the package will be sent.
eLexPersona.com use the UPS shipping service, so that our customers receive their documents in an expeditious time: Dominican Republic 1 business day United States, Canada, Central America, South America, Caribbean 1 business day Europe, Asia, Middle East 2-3 business days.
For each individual service we offer different shipping methods. The shipping cost will cover the number of shipments required by service as some only take 1 for the delivery of documents others require 3 to request the customer's signature, send the document back to the client and eLexPersona.com’s remission after the end.

Amendment / Order Cancellation
Once you have completed your order may not change their information online. In case you need to edit the information about the case you should contact the lawyer assigned to your case, information that will be displayed in the status or post details of the case in 'My eLexPersona' or call us with the serial number or case in hand.
You may cancel your service order if the status of the case is in process or for 48 hours after receiving confirmation of your order. If the cancellation comes after starting the case, the total amount paid is not refundable. To cancel your order please call one of our customer service representatives.

Your complaint will be reviewed and we will proceed with the appropriate actions if necessary to meet either a delayed delivery or document does not meet the requirements requested.
